Feb. 13, 2021. Single varietal Champagne tasting w/ Caitlin. Blanc de Blancs = 100% Chardonnay. Such a pleasant surprise. Tastes of grapefruit and white flowers. No toast (good, IMHO). Shockingly pleasant. 😁 — 5 years ago
One of the coolest wines I have had in years.... still Champaign, 100% meunier but no skin contact so in the glass is beautiful white wine. — 8 years ago

This has developed beautifully. In 2012 it was green and tart. Now, the color is still youthful, but the nose almost Meursault- like with toasted hazelnut and deep, chalky/earthy scents. The fruit underneath is like bruised green apples and pears. In the mouth it shows its Pernand character. Mouthful of earthy minerals, and a lean style but with length and balance. — 10 years ago

Piot Sevillano Brut Prestige Champagne - Described as the jewel of their champagnes. 80% Meunier | 20% Pinot Noir which 2/3 of reserve wines. This wine was 💯 delicious. Paired well with everything.
I had the chance to visit this small grower producer last year when I was on a day-trip excursion to Champagne with @delectabulles - thank you Cynthia! (The best tour and can’t wait to go back). — 3 years ago

Wheat-y and apple-y with a hint of warm spice. Assertive, holds up well to smoked and spicy foods. Great holiday dinner wine, soup to nuts. — 10 years ago
Pinot Meunier driven champagne (50%), with chardonnay and pinot noir at ~25%, aged 6 years. Chalky terroir driven wine; green apple, citrus fruit, and lemon custard on the palate. — 10 years ago
Loved this, fresh fruity. — 11 years ago
