Cheers to South African bubbles!!!
This delicious wine is a medium lemon hue. It offers a foundation of starfruit, kumquat, lemon pith, green apple, pear, and herbaceous-y notes of grass.
The Sauvignon Blanc expresses itself delicately and elegantly which is blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
As the wine opens, aromas of stargazer lily and white blossom emerge alongside secondary notes of frozen pie crust, bread dough, and biscuit.
This bottle of bubbles is produced using the Méthode Cap Classique which follows the ‘traditional method’ used for producing sparkling wines of Champagne 🥂 🍾

Very smooth beginning, blackberry and strawberry finish. Clean on the pallet — a month ago
My favorite vintage of this wine to date. Fresh, bright, lively, Spring and Summer wine. The contents within pull a fast disappearing act. — 4 months ago
Lemon, lemon zest, green apple, honey, white pepper and a tiny touch of chalk. This is very inviting. The palate is very dry and tangy. The acid drive is strong and the wine could feel almost unbalanced because the acid drive tends to overpower the fruity notes, and there is width and a vivid mouthfeel that goes on for a long time in a fresh and tangy finish. It's good but I believe it could be better along food. I could see myself munching on sushis along this one 🤤🍣🍱 — 11 days ago

Such beautiful Oregon chard from a classic producer. Well integrated and subtle oak, perfect weight, and crisp acid to reign it in. 🤌🏼 — 2 months ago
