Pure sparkling perfection. This is 100% Pinot Noir single source fruit from Elk Cove’s La Boheme vineyard located in the coastal range of Oregon. It’s got delicious depth of flavor and wonderful effervescence to make it stand up to all the great sparkling wines out there. One of our favorites in our house. It’s fun and unexpected compared to a more traditional sparkling. It’s dry and delicious.
