This took an hour to open up, but then got very fragrant. Ripe cherry juice, some clean loamy earth, a hint of toasted maple syrup. Zingy acids in the mouth, with intense cherry/mineral flavors and a a long finish. Really nice, but maybe a couple years more in the cellar will bring the complexity that takes it up a notch. — 13 days ago
Nose has cold mountain stream, cold tropical fruits (papaya, guava, starfruit), sweet yet light new oak barrel, ripe pear and crunchy bread crust.
Palate has lemon meringue, under-ripe papaya, Clementine peel, green melon with light honey and white flowers on the medium finish.
I do like OR Chardonnay, but generally think it is best at 5-6+ years of age, in its youth the flavors are tight and the wine demands a decant. We're at about 3+ hours of airing tonight. — a month ago
Delicious. Would happily drink all night. — 16 days ago
Bursting with raspberry, tea, and cinnamon flavors with elements of crushed gravel. Medium-bodied; elegant, mouth filling finish. Fantastic wine, and in a sweet spot right now. Not one to hold for too long. And doing a nice job helping to dull the pain of America’s Team getting the crap kicked out of them by the Bills. — 16 days ago
Smells of blackberry bramble - a classic nose, notifies me this will be a good Pinot.
Alpine strawberry, lingonberry, a hint of coriander and tangelo zest. Light to medium bodied, a fully expressive Pinot that roars about what it is is, and purrs when you notice.

A pleasant juxtaposition of chocolate, mint, forest floor and berries. I thought this would pair better with my veal Milanese, but a syrupy Chardonnay or a crisp Chenin Blanc might’ve been a better choice. Nevertheless I very much enjoyed this Louis Jadot new world, Willamette foray. — 6 days ago
Cherry, cranberry, rose petal. Better with time in the glass and I suspect with a bit more time in bottle. — 21 days ago
