Single vineyard "Les Belles Voyes" in the famous Grand Cru hillside of Oger. Pale lemon with fine creamy mousse and tiny rapid bubble flow, long lees aging. aromas stone fruits and blossom, bread dough and citrus. On the palate flavors of golden apple, peach, lemon citrus and honeysuckle with biscuit toast and nutty notes. Long finish, full-body ending with biscuit, mineral and citrus character. Light-brewed tea, mushroom, fresh rosemary, dark plum and cherry, ripe strawberry on the nose. Subtle notes of white tea, rosemary, strawberry, ripe red cherry, baked button mushrooms on the palate. Nice light Beaujolais with enough weight to stand up to some light meats or hearty pastas. — 2 years ago
Pop and pour. On the nose: soft struck match, crushed rock, lemon oil, and some toast, which I don't think I noticed last time. On the palate: fantastic acidity, muddled mint, crushed rock, iodine, lemon oil, vanilla and lovely density. A touch of tang on the juicy and mineral finish. — 4 years ago

From Thirst Wine Merchants. Berry juice, milk chocolate. — 6 months ago
Light golden color. Aromas of green apple, white flowers, citrus and a slight hint of freshly cut grass and leafy herbs. Flavors of lemon, grapefruit, green melon and chalky minerality. Medium-plus finish and bright acidity. Medium bodied, silky texture and quite refreshing. Enjoyed at Keith and Karyn’s New Years Day brunch. — 6 months ago

very easy to drink—love it! — 5 years ago
Smelled like fresh baked pizza out of the oven at first pour. Continued to give off plenty of funky and herbaceous character for a couple days. So much savory character here backed with bubbles. A unique thing yes — 6 years ago

For about an hour this is meh. Oak is lessened but still dominant.
After an hour … jeebus.
Nose: expensive. Brioche. Some oxidation.
Palate: elegant apricots. Lovely.
