Loved it - uncork, give it a half hour to open up, and drink now. — 3 months ago
Rose in October? Rose with ‘age’? Yes and yes, especially when it’s in the mid-70s in New York and it’s the ‘21 Bedrock Ode to Lulu. This wine gives you plenty of Bandol for the buck, based on old vine Mourvedre from premier vineyards. With another year in bottle, it was darker hued, subtler and perhaps even a bit sturdier than on initial release. A great wine for what feels like an endless summer. — a month ago
Lovely - enjoy! Why age/wait further? — 2 months ago
I thought I had a bad bottle initially but it just needed to breathe for about an hour. I probably should have waited a couple more years to open — 2 months ago
Very fresh, lively, primarily redfruited aromas and flavors, some spicy notes as well, super nicely balanced, great acid, shows admirable restraint, should age nicely midterm (5-10 years?), very good “entry level” Zinfandel, long finish!! I’d read that the 2023 Zins, grown in a relatively cooler year, had a very long growing season, with excellent acidity, and I’d say this shows all of those characteristics. Morgan nailed this, it was great to finally meet his “adult” version, my wife and I first met him about 35 years ago at a ZAP event at Ravenswood hosted by his father Joel. — a month ago
The 2021 Dolinsek from Bedrock is super-bright, fruit forward and has an almost effervescent acidity. It’s a great food wine right now and probably great for some fall sipping in the upcoming weeks. — 2 months ago
Incredible structure, full bodied deliciousness — 2 months ago

This is a substantial wine with lots of depth and complexity. A field blend, the 2013 Pagani Heritage is nearly black in the glass with a musty nose of dark berries and dried fruit. It’s still rich with drying and framing tannins, berry, mocha and earth. Ten years on it is still a heavyweight. — 6 days ago
