Great red - had with Anaita Pete and Shireen after magic show — a month ago
This is a wonderfully complex and layered Riesling with effervescent acidity, florals, white fruit and minerality. Lemon peel, pear, slate, and honeysuckle are on the nose and palate, each with its own distinct but harmonized role. If only there was more to be had! — 2 months ago
Really nice rose. Alone or with food. — 6 days ago
Good but still closed (?) at almost 10 years in the bottle. Bedrock and Carlisle bottlings are a different style but have been more accessible up to this age. — 2 months ago
I should have waited a couple of years for this. Almost undrinkable without decanting. Great potential on this as after 4 hours of decanting, this was great. — 3 months ago
At 10-years, a beautiful experience…deep, dark pour with no signs of bricking…dark fruit (more purple and black) aromatics that just keep on developing…palate mirrors aromatics with strong fruit profile…pleasing texture/mouth feel…medium finish…hard to say how much longer one should hold…tonight, it was in the right place for our dinner — 13 days ago
Another rollercoaster experience with Bedrock but happily this was on the up side; maybe 10 years is the key. Opened, tasted put in an aerator and went to dinner. The wine was excellent start to finish and did not seem to change much. A lot of dark fruits all around, smooth finish and just drinking great. Too busy at dinner with friends to have detailed notes. — 2 months ago

Red raspberry and spicy, very youthful, fruit, outstanding acidity, whereas the 2020 from earlier seems ready, this wine needs 3-5 years to peak, long, lingering finish, outstanding Zin!! I can only imagine how fantastic the single vineyard 2023 Bedrock Zins in 5-7 years! — 3 days ago
