Every vintage I’ve had has been spectacular. The cork looked 2 years old. The wine was still tart and the tannins had softened and smoothed out. We had this elk and that paring worked very well. A delight in every way. — 6 months ago

Cherries. Beautiful color. Quite typical of quality premiere cru Burgundy. I would drink this all day. We are pairing it with hand rolled truffle pasta and I can’t report on the results yet but we are looking forward to it. — 5 months ago
