Pear, apricot, the faintest petillance. It’s not amazing but it is, as the Italians say, typical. As in, representing its type. If you like candied, you should go here. It’s not very passito, just the slightest hint. Very mild. You wouldn’t drink this on a hot summer day, but you would drink it outside in the summer if it was raining.
