This is the weissburgunger @Delectable Clean white with tangerine and herbs on finish. — 2 months ago
I love this wine but I’ll admit it’s niche. Glorious confectionary nose. Clearly too young, as this wine really sings starting at 10, but whatever, I got too much wine to drink them all at the perfect time. Sweet wood, stone fruits and intense minerality. Some pollen as well on the nose. Such a complex nose. But in 5 years watch out! Palate is so elegant and rich but fresh from the minerals and not the acid which is merely solid. Really coats the tongue. So good. The finish is stone fruits, sweet wood and that rock licking feeling on your tongue. Just a killer Grau because it’s got that Laible magic. — 3 months ago
Cold on a hot day at the winery. Doesn’t get much better. Can even make a spritz with it. (Don’t judge) — 7 months ago
Alfred Hrdlicka label - borderline almost X-rated. Wine excellent. I really do like his whites. At Vino Carta in San Diego. White pepper, lemon and Gooseberries - Great stuff / One of the benchmark wines folks should try. Was introduced at Bells in Los Alamos to this winery. Needs about. 1 hour to open up. — 9 months ago

Outstanding! More minerality and longer in the palate then the Kühling-Gillot. Curious to drink it young once! — a month ago
