Medium deep ruby with quite a thin lightly garnet rim. Spiced dark cherry , with some sweet blackberry , raspberry , vanilla , cocoa , earthy leather and grafite . Quite young , dense and compacted on the nose. On the palate this quite intense with quite high acidity , slightly strict with lightly gritty tannins , cherry , blackberry , spiced raspberry , some touches of grafite , dried spices and leather . This is quite young , needs a little more time but is promising with good density , freshness and balance . Come back in 3-4 years and will drink well over the next 10-15 — 3 months ago

Spicy, crunchy red fruit on the nose. All cranberry, raspberry, with some smoke and minerality with some hints of natural wine musk. Color is super light and pale, cranberry like red, with a light body and a beautiful, fruit punch of a palate. Flavor lingers for a loooong time, fresh with nicely integrated minerality, a little tartness in there, but dry, with all that juicy fruit, with that same kinda volcanic, smoky element skulking in the background. Great chilled, easy drinking juice that punches way over its weight class! — 6 months ago
Excellent Italian sparkler. Crisp, Chardonnay based, beautiful long finish. Especially good in Trani, Puglia. 🇮🇹 — a month ago
Solid Italian option and Kurt rec. would try again. Light and acidic but not too much. Grassier than citrus. — 2 months ago
Very light color that was almost clear. Smelled and tasted of citrus fruits, mostly lemon. — 2 months ago

Paired beautifully with Fruits de terre at Rijks restaurant, Amsterdam — 5 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of an hour alongside the 2005 vintage. The 2009 “Giulio Ferrari” pours a straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with lovely notes of spiced apple, passion fruit, and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long and fresher than the 2005 vintage. Drink now. — 7 months ago

Round, golden brightness in a linear acid line through the middle. So much flavour for a light style. So well balanced. — 12 days ago
