Nice mix of stone fruit and citrus fruit, bread dough, white flower, and light ginger spice on the aromatic nose. Would like a bit more entry on the soft delicate palate. 5g/l dosage is about right for my taste. — 3 days ago

At first thought this would be higher. It as it warmed and opened actually lost some of the acid that was keeping it balanced and became a bit too sweet. Still a very nice food pairing, and very classically mosel. Only 8.5%. — 2 months ago
