Last night’s Merk nightcap a success.

Connecting with the brothers. 9.5% Kabinett drove me to the cheese plate, and to fill my red cup generously.

Full palate saturation w heaps of acid at 9.5%. @Aaron Tan might call this “a fine kabi”.

2015 Merkelbach Kabinett is juicy & approachable. The album Cloud Corner by Marisa Anderson is a perfect counterpoint with its deliberate pace & nuanced moments. Following the music, the wine unfolds to show beauty beyond the all to easy drinkability
