Order of Magnitude by Edmund's Oast Brewing Company is a Sour beer made in collaboration with Ferus Artisan Ales. Tart and fruity with mango and guarva abound. A very good beer for this type. @Delectable Wine โ 5 years ago
One of the best. Love the chili pepper flavor with dark and milk chocolates. Cinnamon and vanilla are secondary. The spice is what sets this apart from other beers in this style. Needs no pairing. โ 4 years ago
Banana white crown with medium foam breaks down staccato. Amphibious glyphs. Smells like the inside of a butternut that has been rinsed with balsamic and mirin, then filled with diced carrot and pickled banana peppers. Oak dusted citrus entrance; tangerine and lemon with their nectarine chaperone. Hay and banana pepper with mined salt and white pepper. Dusty cedar and cypress, oregano and nutmeg. Amazing, gutty beer with nuanced elegance. Full of sass, and bawdy, but a gem of a catch! โ 5 years ago
