The 2nd glass of wine we had in the degustation we had with Byron Hewett and his wife Paulina. This was 100% Roussanne from the Savoie region. I recall it being textural and minerally. A note of pear. Either 2021 or 2022, I can’t recall. I don’t believe the producer was Pierre Boniface - more likely Domaine Adrien Berlioz. — a month ago
