Lovely wine. A nice creaminess and vanilla combined with a Grüner Veltliner like crispness. Great with Indian Punjabi Goat and Fish Moilee. It can handle the spice. — 6 months ago
Medium bodied and aromatic with lots of spiced pear and stern acidity. Paired with broccolini and fried garlic chips, red pepper flakes, and charred lemon. Founded in the 12th century by the Augustinian Order of Canons Regular. Organically farmed by Monks. The Dolomites hold a very special place in my heart. — 23 days ago
By far the best one from their white range.
Aged partially in acacia barrels, this shows a lovely blend of ripe pears, a touch of underripe white peach, a fresh herby mineral note - quite round yet so clean & precise.
Quite some presence on the palate. Medium body, zingy mineral acidity, beautiful mineral depth. Almost as if a slight tannic bite. Great balance & purity, beautiful long finish.
Blind I would have taken this for a racy Pinot Blanc.
Such a nice one! — 4 months ago
210109 apto con vero. Cítrico. Amargo. Muy aromático. Rico bien frío. — 2 years ago
Started out fruit forward, plums, blackberries. After a little more air, it mellowed, and the rich tannins and earthiness shown thru. An hour plus in a decanter is needed. Then it is more of an old world Bordeaux. Stews, lamb, short ribs. — 2 months ago
Advertised as Italian cab - but lighter, wetter finish. Not overly dry or sweet. Very good. Complex flavor profile. — 4 months ago

Pale yellow green color, light body, faint peaches / pears on the nose with a hint of lime zest upon opening the bottle. Very smooth, easy sipping, hints of candied lime rind with a drop of minerality near the finish. Smoother than many Pinot Grigio, (Grilled chicken breast, fresh guacamole with chips, watermelon/cantaloup salad on the lanai for post solstice dinner) — 5 days ago
