Ripe black fruit aromas, a definite texture with the medium body, tart fruit and light acidity with some soft lingering spices. Deliciously drinkable. Happy Valentine's Day 💗 — 2 years ago
2020 fall. This might be my favorite (at least for immediate enjoyment) among the wines guzzled on our recent Rioja binge. It’s open-knot, with lots of red fruit and spices like mace, but also has typical mature notes - that mushroom and cheese thing. At the same time, it doesn’t feel overly developed - it’s just layered. — 3 years ago
A perfectly smooth and well balanced new world red to enjoy with new friends at a nice old school New York City swanky hotel. Had this first as my float into a Devil’s Margarita which opened into a lovely discussion with some bar mates - and the end of which I made 2 new friends. A normal standalone glass of this is also quite wonderful and can stand by itself or go well with an accompaniment: snacks, cheese or a meal! — 9 months ago
Strong diacetyl notes and rich, smooth oak flavor. Full bodied. Creamy with vanilla highlights. Goes well with a heavier cream pasta dish, soft cheese, poultry, pork, or simply on its own! — 4 years ago
Nose: Cherry with a hint of baking spices
Body Light body- (CS on training wheels)
Palate: Acidity forward (which could be part of the BC flavor) hints of dark fruit, like plum and blackcurrant Would pair well with: Meatball w/red sauce. Prosciutto and mozzarella cheese. Potato Skins w/bacon, and bacon wrapped scallops — 9 months ago
Really good… it was great with Smash Burgers and Onions with Maytag Blue Cheese — 3 years ago
Delicious and complex, but not overwhelming. Easy to drink. 85% tempranillo, 10% Graciano, 5% mazuela. Good with strong cheese or beef. Dry. — 3 years ago

Tart - Apple/grapefruit taste. Excellent with cheese and crackers. Roast pork with a pear based sauce and roasted carrots. Very enjoyable! — 17 days ago
