The nose when cold had a somewhat sweet nose, with hints of honeysuckle and white grape juice that became more floral as it warmed up. The palate was waxy and medium bodied, with a nice dryness, and a pronounced mineraly that actually dried the mouth, with notes of honeycomb, underripe green fruit of some kind, and fresh cut grassy or hay notes. — 15 days ago
