Basic Chianti: vanilla, light oak, leather, cocoa, cranberry, cherry, blackberry, lush tannins, some slate, not so much acid. From Lema’s. 08/03/24 — a month ago
Brief notes. Tasted a week ago. A deep gold in colour. Notes of almonds and peach. Drinking at its peak - not much point in further cellaring. Interesting and different. See previous Delectable note. — 3 months ago
Vibrant, if not elegant. Intense nose of ripe but sour cherry, lots of intense minerality. In the mouth it’s angular, intense, and acidic, but . . . in a kind of a good way. Great with pasta. — 4 months ago
