Finishes lighter and cleaner on the end palate than the experience thru the start, then mid-palate. Butcher’s prep. Mostly lean but just enough fat to stick with this cut consistently. Custardy nose with lots of confectionery aromas and gras. Lovely sea breeze minerlity and amazing depth. So good. Palate is rich and oily but with great freshness and opulent pit fruits like peach, apricot and tangerine. Creamy and ripe but so sappy and pure. Long, oily finish. Exceptional. — 6 months ago
