like getting out of the bath and being wrapped in a warm towel. cool, acidic, poppy on the front and then warms up into a cozy, fruity, hug on the back. i love gamay. i love this peppery little guy. can’t find too much info on the production, other than hand harvested. still like this wine a lot.
day one was the best, then i felt like it was a lot hotter. — a month ago
this SLAPPED. skin contact. little after buzz. like a sour beer or a cider but still zesty as heck. little orange sweettart vibe — a month ago
acidic, zippy, a little lifeless
notes of: underripe raspberries, lemongrass, tart apple
not my favorite

well fuxk this tastes like apple cider vinegar and cat pee
okay i lied by day three i was guzzling this down and asking for more. i think it had some shiz that needed to off gas (very vinegary, should look up what that’s called) but then it turned into like a velvety almost overripe apricot taste? some secondary fermentation going on. zesty, warm, cidery, tropical also like the tannins — a month ago
had at cafe clover. fantastic. fruity with a hint of secondary fermentation — a month ago
