Carmelized sugar, sweet finish, balance, low tannin — 3 months ago
A bit dry in the palate, but very fragrant, round mouth feel — 3 years ago
Definitely fading and very much tasted of hotdogs on the palate. The nose was still pretty interesting — 7 years ago
Never heard of this wine before but it’s very nice Always love the nose on a Barolo. — 8 years ago
Really nice, flavorful but felt light. Mom liked. Rich liked. — 7 months ago
This charming wine is keeping me company while I bake tonight. User reviews are all over the place, but in my humble opinion, this 2022 is very good. A light bodied Neb, with bright juicy fruit, bitter but pleasant floral, and a tasteful kiss of oak which lends some depth. Good holiday wine.

Dark fruit, cherries, anise, and tobacco on the nose. Very dry wine. Dried fig, vanilla, more dark fruits, more cherry, and chocolate. Long finish of leather and oak. Drink now. Decant for an hour. — 6 years ago
Drank my last bottle. Upped my rating a bit. A lovely wine. — a month ago
This was tasty worth the extra $ — 3 months ago
Great with beef stew. Cuts through fatty foods really well and brings a lovely smoothness out of the wine. On its own, it can lean towards vinegary, but I liked it either way tbh — 6 months ago
Futili wine that is smooth, kind of creamy (not in a California Chardonnay kind of way though), that tastes a little like white flowers and linen. Just delicious. — 10 months ago
Sweet and refreshing. Amazing — 6 years ago
The Monte Rosso was outstanding in every way- expressive nose of dark red fruits and layers that touched all parts of the palate. The flavors complimented a wonderful dinner. 8 years and still getting better. 100 year old vines that show how good Zinfandel can be when grown and tended to reveal their sense of place. Outstanding 🍷🍷🍷 — 7 years ago
A lot going on but still too young. The tannins are too powerful and intense for me. But there is a lot of dark fruit and complexity present. — 8 years ago

Deep Ruby color with intense black fruit aromas of cassis, black cherry, blackberry, violet, vanilla, cedar and crushed stone minerality. Light eucalyptus, forest floor, cigar box and graphite. Well balanced tannin and acidity though the wine feels a bit over-extracted. Delicious but a little heavy. Lots of room for development. — 14 days ago
