One of our faves. Smooth finish, pairs well with steak. — 10 days ago
Almost as good as the 2014. Very good. Excellent for the price. — 18 days ago
This wine is drinking great — mellow tannins but still some pretty complex and delicious fruit for a 16 year old wine. 80% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha. — 15 days ago
Exceedingly good wine — 11 days ago
Great vintage…consistent producer…showing perfectly at the moment. Slight sediment, but pure, sweet, Tempranillo fruit. Impressive balance; long sexy finish; perfect foil for NY steakhouse filet and corn soufflé brûlée. Labor Day, center court, near perfection. — a month ago

Probably my favorite and, in my mind, the most consistent Spanish wine out there. A deep dark plum color in the glass. The nose absolutely shines with cedar and plenty of spice. There’s a bit of smoke here along with cherry cola and a little more spice. Dried herbs and chocolate round things out.
A preponderance of Tempranillo with a nice chunk of Garnacha in the blend. Obviously still so young but readily approachable and enjoyable now. The extended aging makes a world of difference with this wine vintage in and vintage out. Rich and full of personality, this is a beautiful wine that’s just going to continue to grow with age. — 12 days ago
