A gorgeous light wine ….
After it’s set free & allowed to Breathe ( one / one in a half hours ) & slightly chilled .
A must on our table with a Aglio pasta , crispy parmesan bake & steamed gorgeous seafood …. A great red with seafood & pasta for us …
We love to have it with just some Fresh Figs , goat cheese & cherries / dark chocolate bites on Crisp Melba toast — 7 months ago
Maybe the best of the Pasqua family. Ripasso does not make it light. Went down well with a variety of goat cheeses. — 2 years ago
Deep ruby colour. Superb nose, both natural (varietal notes) and classic (breeding). The nose is really sexy! Semi-bodied gourmet mouth, giving pride of place to a high-flying vinification on modernity with the fruit ahead. This suggests their best on the most prestigious cuvées in the estate. A very beautiful expression of the Cabernet franc de Loire.
Robe rubis profonde. — 15 days ago

New favorite IPA love all the beers from this company, but this is #1 for me — 2 years ago
Limes, minerals, butterscotch, goat cheese, some oak in the distance. Despite its age (10 yrs) this thing still has rocking acidity. Citrus fruit, minerals and a touch of oak and ML.
So good. I wish I had more. — 23 days ago
Favorite from fainting goat — 7 months ago
Excellent all the way around...aroma, tannins, earthy but not heavy. Notes of tobacco and cherry. Excellent with aged cheddar and goat cheese. — 2 years ago
Elegant and complex yet farmy and simply delicious. Makes me want to eat triangles of melted goat Brie and celebrate under umbrellas of red rains of GSM. A wine to celebrate at this afford. Purchased at $15, half price. Seriously?? Tell me how it feels to be grape-raped. — 4 years ago

This is a new one to me… 2 hour decant left me happy as this wine has a smooth and silky texture with ripe cherry and Asian spice notes. — 15 days ago
