Chablis? At least that’s what I thought in our blind. Lemons, pears, sea spray, flint, and a touch of walnut on the nose. Good intensity on the palate. Heaps of acidity but it didn’t come off too austere. Has some textural richness. Zingy, mineral finish. Very enjoyable and one to revisit. — 2 years ago

What is it about excellent Loire Chenin that just really really does it for me? Waxy, honeyed, gorgeous wine. — 3 years ago

2019 vintage. 100% Chenin Blanc. Helluva bridge wine between Champagne and white Burg. Medium body. Excellent acidity. Some roundness. Some primary fruit and supplemental derivatives. Complicated shizz and for fairly advanced palates. Prom king/queen in its’ own way and for those that have the experience/wherewithal to realize it as such. 2.26.26. — 2 months ago
