Bought at Riverview Restaurant $62 in Troutdale OR with dinner. Lighter style, smooth, nice fruit flavors. — 5 months ago
When I first opened, I was pretty shocked at how young it seemed. Lots of oak and restrained fruit. I decanted, and after an hour it began to show its age. Cigar box, leather, and currant. On the palate it was still fairly bright and mostly primary. Black fruit, some spice, a little vanilla on the back. Unmistakably new world. All in all drinking well for a nearly decade old wine. — 2 years ago
Darkly floral and youthfully inward, the 2022 Pinot Noir Jessie Vineyard opens with a spicy mix of cedar shavings, earth tones and crushed black raspberries, all lifted by a hint of mint. This is more energetic than expected yet also full of youthful tension. Tart red berries penetrate deeply as grippy tannins settle in toward the close. An air of autumnal spice and lavender lingers as the 2022 finishes with medium length and ample structure. (Eric Guido, Vinous, August 2024)

Pale lemon with aromas of tropical and citrus fruits with notes of honeysuckle. On the palate flavors of ripe floral white fruits, peach, apricot, citrus and slight spicy character. Lively acidity, medium finish ending with fruit character with honey tones. — 7 months ago
The Cristom Louise Vineyard chardonnay was a delightful Willamette chardonnay, able to stand with the better Napa and Carneros chardonnay. — a year ago

Delicious. Somewhat simple. Really similar to Hirsch Bohan Dillon. — 12 days ago
