From 109% Alsatian Pinot Noir. Light pink/salmon color. Nose features strawberry, raspberry and orange zest. Bright red berry and red apple flavors. Medium bodied and a nice mousse with tiny bubbles that hang around for a reasonable amount of time. Juicy fruit with a clean and dry finish. — 2 months ago
Wow some of the best pink bubbles I’ve had! — 4 months ago
What an easy to drink Sparkling Rosé! It does pair well with dessert or a savory appetizer. It has a fruity berry taste that is light and airy, and not at all overpowering, with a dry finish — 20 days ago

Ripe lime, grapefruit, crisp acidity. (as seen on Somm TV ‘Sparklers’) — 3 months ago
Disgorged in 2021. I did not know what to expect but I was very happy after the first taste. Bone dry and acidic , it shocked my taste buds. After about 20 minutes ,like the groundhog looking for it’s shadow, some fruit made an appearance. Cherry and strawberry started to chip away at the acidity but never got the upper hand. Went very well with meatballs in mustard sauce ( vs tomato sauce) in addition to veal Milanese. — 5 months ago
