Robinot. Madman de Loire. He doesn’t rush anything. He makes wines you haven’t tried before.
L’Opera Des Vins is a mixed bag of Pineau d’Anuis and Chenin in Pet Nat form.
Pours a beautiful bright orange creamsicle. Tiny bubbles, lots of them. Deep yeast driven fruity notes of blood oranges, persimmon, Ceylon cinnamon, and coriander.
It’s hard to tell if this is truly off dry or truly fruity. Or both.
As special and interesting as any Pet Nat I’ve ever tried. — 13 days ago

Indra k this in Huehuetenango with a family of that produces coffee. They were extremely confused. Some loved, some hated. A very soft wine. Pepper and light berry notes. Perfect after a long drive on some very windy/rough roads. — 7 months ago
