I don’t know this house. They make Cordon Bleu—brut, extra brut, rosé, also a higher level called Princes, and their grand marque is Louis XV, also making a high end Vinotèque from older stock. House was founded in 1837 in Epernay. This is the only one I’ve had, a Cordon Bleu brut. And w 20 years on it, it’s pretty good juice. — 4 years ago

Sweet notes of apple. Nice bubbly for brunch. — 4 years ago
Great with our Mussels and Chorizo cooked in Cava. Lemon color with apple, floral, and yeast aromas. Crisp with a bit of lemon. Really nice at this price point. — 8 months ago

Blend of mostly Pinot Noir with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, finished with a touch of still red wine. Pale salmon in color, it shows red currant, wild strawberry, and citrus zest. The house style is considered PN driven for structure, and it shows here. The palate is energetic and precise, with brisk acidity, good grip, and a clean, dry, mineral-tinged finish.
Better than expected. — 3 months ago
