Medium Ruby color with aromas dark red fruits, black tea and ample floral spice, aged in 20% new French oak for 10 months. On the palate flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum with tobacco, cedar, black pepper, tea and vanilla spice. Pronounced soft fine tannins, long finish, well balanced with acidity, ending with fruit, herb, spice and flinty wet stone character. Very Nice! Will age well! — 7 days ago
Earthy flavor, dry at the end, fruit foward but not sweet, delicious. — 8 days ago
Deep ruby in color; black cherries, baking spices, and leather on the nose; medium acidity; high tannins; tastes like black plums, blackberries, and boysenberries with a long finish. Chewy, good mouth feel. Nellie says it ok. I love it. I bet it would have been great with a steak, if I hadn't reverse seared them. The oak in the wine is intensified by the smoke on the steak. Still a really good wine. — 22 days ago
My fave Oregon Pinot producer. A model of subtlety, modesty and restraint. Smooth and round. Moderately sweet with restrained acidity. Easily will cellar for 10 - 15 years. — 3 days ago
