Thanksgiving orange and elderberry mimosas — 3 years ago
Spanish Cava is a very budget friendly bubbly and uses the same "Champagne method" as that notorious region in France. I have enjoyed many of the Cordorniu sparklers over the years but ran into this Blanc De Blancs, which is the very first of this style for me! Lemon, lime, apples, crushed rocks, floral, delicate, and mild biscuits. Rating considers QPR! I wonder if Champagne prices are ever going to decline! 🤔 — 8 months ago
Smells creamy, a bit like meringue. Tastes like creamy lemon. A little bitter nuttiness. Crisp. Pretty good! Solid value @$11. Would definitely recommend for parties, etc. — 3 years ago

I usually don’t like Cava but it’s not too sweet and has a dry finish! — 5 years ago

Minerality, fresh herbs, and brioche in the palate; delicate toasty notes. Anise, thyme, white pepper, and pears on the nose — 2 months ago
