Disgorged in September 2020, about a 60/40 blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Light creamy mousse with tiny bubbles, pale lemon color with aromas of stone and citrus fruits and floral notes. On the palate flavors of apple and peach with citrus zest, honeysuckle and slight nuttiness. Lively acidity with good balance, medium+ finish ending with fruit and biscuit notes. — 6 months ago
Raspberry and fresh red fruit, some herbal character. Good but doesn’t do it for me given the pedigree — 7 months ago

Pronounced bubbles. I tend to like a subtle amount of bubbles so I decanted this. You’re thinking that’s insane, yeah? Always love to see what’s behind the bubbles; that’s where the magic is for me — 5 days ago
