What a unicorn. So did you know this was made by the great chef de caves ‘maudiere’ of @dom perignon and harveates from Monterey county grapes In 1983. It was only discourged and bottled recently. Only en magnum. Our buddy fred dame bought them all and presented one tonight. Alright, not ethereal, definitely a treat with a cool story.
