Sea grassy Saivignon Blanc nose. Slight sweetness of Alcase Riesling with Jasmine flowers and salty lemon. Elegant and refined. Lovely yet lively sipper on a cool breezy evening. Truly classy and pure through and through. A great finisher for an evening of high life loving white blends. — 7 years ago

Great table wine - easy breezy drinking. Fun bubbles. An all-arounder if there ever was one. — 5 years ago
Exceptional wine! Petroleum, lanolin, & yellow apples on the nose. Sweet, sugary notes of crisp yellow apples, Pink Lady apples, pollen, subtle white flower, some lamp fuel, & honey. Dessert, but so easy to sip on this breezy, cool, late summer afternoon. — 7 years ago

Popped and poured from magnum; enjoyed over the course of a couple hours. The Brut NV pours a deep straw color with a persistent mousse. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of tart apple, lemon curd, some white flowers, brioche and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. An easy, breezy Champer that’s an easy quaffer. Drink now. — a month ago
