Not Ambrosan. A big boy that’s now lived it’s full life. Dark, earthy, and mysterious. — 8 months ago
Light in body, yet robust in flavor. A ruby red hue with medium body and nose like fresh cut red fruit, and slight pepper spice. Acidity is bright and sharp, could use a year or 2 of age, with notes of slightly underripe strawberries, black cherries and red berries, white pepper, slate and a long dry finish that feels almost like menthol or mint, but not as specific. — 2 months ago
Almost frizzante, citrus (lemon), edge of salinity. I think this is mostly Arneis? Country time…tastes like that good old fashioned lemonade. — 8 months ago

Fabulous with the pakora and the bold, rich pizza with spinach, almond pesto, cheese blend, garlic ricotta, shaved onion, and Asiago. Also lovely as a quaffing wine once we finished the food. This is a great place for cocktails, food, and wine. — 2 months ago
