Unfortified flor-aged 100% Palomino by Dirk Niepoort & Equipo Navazos, sourced from the historic Macharnudo vineyard in Jerez. Fermented in old, 600-liter oak casks with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months under flor. Oxidative nose with hints hay and pineapple. Light, mineral, precise and bone dry on the mouth, with nice saltiness and a long, somewhat bitter finish. — 16 hours ago
Salty, fresh, and different. This wine is ever-evolving, and always pleasing. Unlike any other style of wine this fino is at the top of its class. Like taking a shot of lemon juice out of an oyster shell. Its flinty nose and chalkiness, leads into a citrus based mid-palate with dehydrated yellow apple skin, and lemon for days. Mouthwatering and thought provoking, one of the best finos I’ve had in a while — 2 days ago
Ya...Ya..Ya... With a bowl of picholines!
Consistently one of the finest Finos.

A pleasant and well-balanced Sherry. Medium bodied and a touch of sweetness. Perfect for a fall night with roasted chicken. Carly likes. — 7 days ago

Down to sea in ships! Hi lay on the beach. Light caramel in the glass.
Broad and a multitude of textures and flavors on the palate. From creamy to steely cut. Oh Mama!
