Good but I’m realizing this is my least favorite of the Rhys portfolio. — 3 hours ago
Wow. Never had a wine hit me with such intense strawberry flavors. Good blend, a little more rounded than previous vintages. — a month ago
Bright Ruby color, purple edges, with aromas of ripe fruits, floral and complex spice, vineyard planted in 1991. On the palate concentrated flavors of blueberry, strawberry and cherry with citrus, herbs, vanilla and oak, aged on French oak, soft tannins on well balanced structure. Full body, rich long finish, ending with ripe fruit, vanilla, floral and oaky tones. Very Nice! Will age a bit! — 21 hours ago
Orange blossom and the slightest touch of residual sugar to balance out the razor sharp acidity (and balance out my spicy Thai food). This is a light wine but I can almost taste the slate soils and steep slopes.
Whole-cluster grapes and spontaneous fermentations

vineyard work: All vineyard work is done by hand due to the incline of the vineyards. Absolutely no use of insecticides/pesticides or
fertilizers; the work is completely organic but not certified as such because Florian refuses to spray copper on the vines. — a month ago
Nice smooth cab Ernest that pairs well with red meat and salmon. Yummy! — a month ago
