This is just such a tasty and expressive bottle. We bought a few and I’m sad that this was the last one. Fresh strawberries and raspberries, a little toast, a touch of cream, but still dry and features the perfect dash of salinity. All this alongside wonderful amounts of fizz. I could make this my house standard.
