Had some if this left over after a tasting at my shop. Fruitier than I expected with honey and apricot aromas and flavors, along with orange and lemon. But as it lingers on the palate the lees aging comes out a bit more with toasty flavors of bread and dough. Bitter finish, medium length. Quite decent. — 24 days ago

Instead of mimosas, they offered a “bottle and carafe.” Better deal, and really nice mimosas. — 11 days ago
Pleasant cava! Apples, Apples and more apples. Creamy texture. Easy drinker. I had this out of a porron at Toro Tapas Bar. — 18 days ago
Crisp pear with some saline—would have loved some more depth and richness, but this nails the aperitif game — 2 days ago
Light fruit especially berry and melon. Gentle bubbles. Rose color. Paired well with blue crab and cucumber, and tuna Crudo. — 12 days ago
