Always amazes me how Raventos makes good sparkling for such a small tag. Tastes like it looks.

Had some if this left over after a tasting at my shop. Fruitier than I expected with honey and apricot aromas and flavors, along with orange and lemon. But as it lingers on the palate the lees aging comes out a bit more with toasty flavors of bread and dough. Bitter finish, medium length. Quite decent. — 24 days ago

Cava Gran Reserva DO
Organic, 50% Macabeu, 30% Xarello, 20% Parellada
All three varieties are co-fermented. Primary fermentation is done in oak with some battonage used to develop greater texture. Aged on the lees for over 68 months. Disgorged with zero dosage. Disgorged March 2018.
