Medium intensity , quite small rim , young looking. Quite aromatic , nice spiced blackberry , touch of menthol , blackcurrant . Rounded and deep, quite rich , more body than the 2008. Quite long, slight touch of alcohol , more resolved tannins . Still quite elegant, red fruit tinged . Good now and over the next 5-10 years .

A brilliant wine that’s drinking beautifully right now .. much better than the last time I had it a few years ago.. olives, slight raisin, plum jam, leather .. damn good!!
