Laurel 2011 is a blend of 75% Garnacha, 20% Syrah and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon.
No Clos Erasmus in 2011 so all the grapes went to the Laurel!
A wonderful nose with ripe black fruits, cassis notes, herbs from the hills of Gratallops, tobacco, earth, fine cedar, mocha, medium to full bodied with layers of ripe fruit flavors, Llicorella, creamy notes, delicate melting tannins, impeccable balance, vanilla, a snowflake of dark chocolate on the long long aftertaste ! 95 DSP — 5 days ago
I hd the 2001 in 2013 and 2018. in 2018 it has developed its flavour nicely. Very elegant - just great. Much better than 2013. — a day ago
V04. Outstanding. Cedar, mocha and cola nose. Rich currant, plum and tar fruit. Gritty, black pepper and leather finish. Nicely balanced — 17 hours ago
Mixtures of smoke and jam and everything nice. Starting to be good, be fantastic over the next 5-6 years. Very very drinkable and complex at the same time — 7 days ago
Really nice, voluptuous nose of ripe jammy red & black fruit, fairly one-dimensional with only a hint of Earth & spice w/hint of stone not necessarily minerally- really not like other Priorats - definitely new, exuberant intl style — 14 days ago
