Pale yellow-green, lovely bright grassy nose, saline, riesling like mineral-citrus. Delicately floral, lemon and sharp minerality. I imagine licking a lemon rind and squeezing the just ripe juice over a seashell. Light and refreshing.

(9/22 Disgorgement) this is really fine, tight bubbles, medium-rich with lovely yeasty notes and excellent balance, long, lingering finish, very fine Champagne!!
