One Sixteen Russian River Valley Chardonnay

Still very young, but extremely solid effort for this Cali Chardonnay vintage.

Lemon, orange peel, creme brûlée. 93 points. And hopefully it'll go well with this red grouper!

Beautifully balanced

Nice color, acidity and crisp citrus, vanilla notes. Nice finish on the palate.

Full bodied with a light smoky nose. Crisp notes of green apple and lemongrass/citrus. Pairs well with Brie and prosciutto

Principals Birthday dinner

Double decanted, then consumed 1 hour later at 65F. Brightness and luscious fruit balance out elegant butterscotch. This is a middle ground Cali chard in terms of the acid to butter spectrum.

Symmetrical. Citrus and rich butter balance nicely. In the roasted chicken rotation.
