Orange wine - what's the verdict? A little too funky for me, but how does everyone else feel?
By the way, it did go quite well with these chicken fried oysters (!) with hot sauce — 2 years ago
So good. Gorgeous golden color. Minerality on the nose. I get apple and peach. A tad acidic on the finish. — 2 years ago
Wow, this was surprisingly good. Highly recommend stocking up on this wine at only $25 — a year ago
Napa Valley starting tomorrow! Last minute warmup before it's game time — a year ago
Lemon, orange peel, creme brûlée. 93 points. And hopefully it'll go well with this red grouper! — 2 years ago
Don't sleep on Viognier! Incredibly under appreciated (and undervalued) in the United States. Freemark Abbey makes a solid, crowd pleasing example. It's not Chardonnay, and it's not Sauv Blanc, and that's exactly what makes me excited about it. It get honeysuckle, pear, and lemon peel. Cheers! — 2 years ago

I may be biased because we sell it, but this is the greatest Merlot that Napa Valley has ever produced. It's that good. Don't believe me? Fine. Robert Parker gave it 95 pts and said it's "about as good as this varietal can be in the Napa Valley." Believe me now?!? — 2 years ago
Is this one of the greatest sub-$40 California wines ever produced? Robert Parker thinks so - giving this wine a mind-blowing score of 97 points. Tasting for the first time tonight, and the wine is indeed sublime. Though 97 points may be high, it's an impressively decadent wine. I don't sell Louis Martini, but I couldn't recommend this wine more. Go buy a case or two, which shouldn't be to hard since 11,000 cases were made. — 2 years ago
