Lots of ripe cherry, with tobacco, cedar and a touch of black pepper. Full bodied and smooth. Tannins are balanced yet still with a slight tightness on the finish. Will drink well for another 3-5 years. Good value at $24.

This 2010 #chianticlassicoriserva Riserva has that classic earthy, slightly spicy #sangiovese yet up front with dark fruit, expressive cherry flavors.
