Les Tillets Meursault Chardonnay 2022

Very citrus driven. Eureka lemon. Jasmine nose - some in the glass. Pretty. Hint burned hazelnuts. Classic. Lots of acid. However there is not really anything in this wine which leads me to - oha have not had this before!!Good but not a must have and at 85$ is too expensive. Perhaps over time this will gain complexity. — 8 months ago

Meursault en l'Ormeau

2013 vintage. Served it too cold. One hour into it it opened. Higher in oak than I would like. I think it's young but started to show more harmony as it warmed up — 9 years ago

This had notes of citrus, stone with a mineral finish & lots of racy acid that was perfect with their Hamachi & Sushi. — 3 years ago

Just a little nuttiness with nice weight and stunning acidity, it is aging brilliantly and has years of time left. — 9 years ago

Cuvée Fernand Boyer Meursault Chardonnay 2022

From 4 lieux-dits in Meursault, aged in barrel for 12 months, 20% new, and in concrete eggs for 8 months.

This Meursault is radiant and expressive in the stellar ‘22 vintage. Aromas of yellow peach, baked apple, and a hint of hazelnut. Broad palate with creamy texture balanced by a fresh, citric line. Good depth and long finish. A charming Meursault with finesse.

Les Ecusseaux Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2008

YBM are more known for great whites. But this is everything you want from a Cote de Beaune red. Red fruit dominates, just a hint of wild bramble. Medium body and a lovely tension with a pleasing 30 second finish. NB this cuvee is mislabelled- it’s not premier cru, although part of the ‘field’ qualifies. It’s only village.
