Apres avoir lu quelques commentaires faisant état d’oxydation sur le 97. J’ai donc décidé d’ouvrir la mienne. Très beau nez à l’ouverture, cela m’encourage mais rien n’est gagné! En bouche, c’est très bien, aucun signe d’oxydation ou de vieillissement prématuré. Tabac, eucalyptus, cèdre, sous-bois, champignons, vraiment sur le tertiaire. Aucune amertume, aucune sucrosité dérangeante des jeunes millésimes, les tannins sont fondus. J’ai bien aimé. La finale était un peu courte par contre. Si il vous en reste je les ouvrirais sans plus attendre. — 2 months ago

Nose has cut nectarine, lime pith, ripe white peach with a squeeze of lemon juice and wet slate.

Palate has Clementine zest, fresh green apple peel, cold pineapple, light salinity, lingering lime flesh notes with a long finish. Lovely bottle, as always.

Paired with Taiwanese Five Spice Pork (Lu Rou Fan | 卤肉饭) over Jasmin rice and lightly fried eggs from our private egg factory in the backyard. Decent pair, but really needed a slightly sweeter wine to help lift the dish more.
