Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a vanilla nut fragrance. On the palate peach and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely. — 9 months ago
One of the finest ipa’s available. Smelling it, you might think Seville Oranges, but this is no marmalade. It’s resinous, bitter, but not over the top. You always want more.
Paired with spicy coconut shrimp, ya!

Nariz: mora, arandano, ciruela, cassis, violetas, lavanda y algo de vainilla. Nariz sorprendentemente floral.
Boca: Tanino M/M+ sedosos y ya resueltos, Acidez M, Alcohol aunque alto no se sentía caliente (bueno).
Puede aguantar mas pero ya esta en una buena ventana para comenzar a tomar.
Muy bueno. — 4 years ago
Sweet but has a tart finish. Great with spicy dishes. — 2 years ago
Ya know it’s Tempranillo, but damn, that nose could be Garnacha.15 % really comes to the fore. It’s iron bloody, w hints of soil. Jammy roses?
It’s big bodied, but full of acidic lift, cherries, dusty earth, always brawnier than the brother Tondonia.fills your mouth with deep redness.
I’ll always have room for these.
