Lovely aromatics that evolve wit time, starting with with plum & cherry, they blueberry, bitter orange marmelade ending with coffee dregs. There’s a seductive exotic spice in the background, too. On the palate this show nice purity to the juicy fruit, with crisp cherry and red currant, a plush feeling to the light tannins and great balance. This is drinking beautifully right now but will hold easily for the next couple of years. A very nice wine. — 4 years ago
