One of the most exciting bottles of my year. First vin jaune, and now I’m hooked. — 3 years ago
Christmas dinner part 2. Served along seafood (oysters, sea snails, shrimps, crab, langoustines...) good pairing. This is a good chard from Poland, a bit on the richer side of things, with a lower acid drive and some tropical, yellow fruits both on the nose and on the palate. The nose is particularly inviting with honeyed roasted pineapple slices notes. Really good ! — 5 months ago

My good friend Kate & Matthew gifted me this Polish sparkling wine while visiting Poland 🇵🇱. Kate believes I inspired her to pursue wine industry; she has become a Level-3 sommelier and is very successful. Thank you 🙏!!! — 5 months ago
