very nice. i like it’s acidity especially. but let’s start from scratch:
👁️ lemon, light but not pale
👃white flowers, peach, banana
👅 stone, saline, lime, minerals, green apple
there is no long finish, acidic flavors intensify at the end. really nice. what i like the most is visible influence of the sea. atlantic ocean hits rias baixas shore and i can taste it ❤️ — 2 months ago
100% viura at its best!!! one of my spanish favorites. pale straw yellow colour. perfectly balanced and complex. nose is very subtle, showing lemon grass, melon, chalk. in mouth lemon, lime, green apple, honey. long finish (minerals). i do love this wine!!! should be drank young and fresh. — 2 months ago
enough to say 🇳🇿 sauvignon blanc and everything is clear. perfect storm of tropical fruits on the nose. well balanced with acidity to the point. lemon, pomegranate, minerals, lime, straw, grass. everything so perfectly boring ;-) — a month ago
i love alvarinho (this time portuguese version) for influences of windy atlantic ocean (minerals, salt and earthy) flavors. the wine is very dry with medium acidity. well balanced. dignified. citrus and grapefruit. pineapple and tropical notes on the nose. very nice. — 2 months ago
soso… deep deep purple. dry, medium acidic. blackberry, leather, jam, cherry, oak, strawberry. too sweet for me. strange or no finish. — 2 months ago
my favorite style of pinot this time made by germans. light. nice acidity. raspberry and earthy nose. classic cherry, blackberry, raspberry mixture in mouth. i like oaky flavors making the finish interesting. good piece of art. — 2 months ago
my way! light. strawberries, strawberries everywhere. leather, cherry, raspberries. soft tannins and perfect acidity. very nice finish (smoke) and aftertaste. light red in colour. really piece of good stuff. — 2 months ago
good, decent chard from… dolomits in italy.
green apple, pear, nice acidity, more towards minerals than oily butter (no tears on a glass).
good stuff but nothing special — 2 months ago
next from the series “amazingly good and cheap sauvignon blanc from marlborough region, new zeland”. this is my sixth or seventh label and all of them were exceptionally good. pale light straw. nose very intensive: white flowers, tropical, peach. in mouth green apple, lemon dominating. crisp, minerals, with nice acidity (finish is showing this stuff). nicely balanced and refreshing. value to price ratio is unbelievable!!!! — 2 months ago

hmmm… right bank bordeaux 2013, but not a classic one. this one is a blend of….. five grapes (merlot, cab. sauv., cab. franc… and malbec and petit verdot).
👁️ purple because of malbec and p.v., but i’m missing rusty brown, especially considering it’s 2013!!
👃cherry, plum, prune
👅 oak, earth, yeast, dark chocolate, raisins
velvet tannins, nice acidity and quite nice finish.
but i prefer classic approach if it comes to bordeaux. — a month ago
